Warranty and Returns

All effects are warranteed for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery against failure due to defects in parts or workmanship. Abuse or misuse voids the warranty. Buyer is responsible for all shipping. Repair or refund will be be at my option.

(NEW policy 4/2010:) Returns are accepted, but there will be a nonrefundable restocking fee of $3 per day over 10 calendar days that the unit is unavailable to me (actual shipping round trip to VA USA), max. 3 weeks, and customer pays all shipping. Exceptions will be for shipper error or by previous agreement only. Returns in poor condition (beyond normal light demo use) will be reduced in refund by repair or resale discount cost, or in worst case refused. Please evaluate the information provided and make sure the unit meets your needs, this is not intended as a "free trial" but an acceptance of the limitations of direct sales.

New units may have some minor evidence of testing and demonstration use, and of being made by hand. AC Adapters and Voltage: effects may not be used with power supplies over 15 volts. A regulated voltage or high-quality audio application power adapter is required. About Modified Pedals

Pre-modified pedals have the same terms as my standard pedals except used pedals' condition is as described, and the original manufacturer's portion, if at fault, is only covered for 30 days (obviously, their warranty is void). All modifications are performed according to extensive experience with circuit production and repair. Modified used units are repaired/reconditioned as needed.

If I custom modify your pedal, I will be as careful as possible but metalwork is required and I can not be responsible some scratching, etc. Please do not send rarest pedals. Warranty is same as Pre-modified except refunds are limted to the modification cost only (yes I would keep the pedal). Additional modification to suit your needs is possible, but at my option only. It is not necessary to pay before the mod is complete, but the pedal will not be sent until payment is made.

Payment

I can accept money order, cashier's check or Paypal (accounts, credit cards). Shipping costs will be estimated based on experience (48 states typ. $9 Priority Mail insured/delivery confirm). I will have to consider shipping other than to North America on a case-by-case basis.
